General Terms and Conditions
1.1 The purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions of sale as set out below. These are offered as additional protection to you and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However we cannot accept liability to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products.
1.2 Whilst we will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves, this cannot be guaranteed. We may at any time make changes to this site, the products we sell and their details, including prices. All changes shall be reflected on the website as soon as reasonably possible following when they are made.
1.3 These terms and conditions only apply to the online shop and not to any physical shops or other outlets where the same or similar products may be purchased.
2. Price and Payment
The prices for products displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site and are including VAT. Postage and Packing will be charged in addition to the cost of the products and where applicable this is clearly displayed and included in the Total Price of the Order. Prices of our 'Specials' are not for TRADERS.
Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. However no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed totally secure and we do not warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Please read our Privacy Notice for further details.
4. Legal Capacity
We are delighted when children wish to purchase products from our web site. However any person under the age of 18 who wishes to make a purchase must find an adult such as their parent to place the order for them in the parent or guardian\'s name. By placing an order with us you are giving us your express assurance that you are at least 18 years of age.
5. Ordering and Delivery
5.1 We cannot dispatch your order until it has been paid for in full and payment of your order shall create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
5.2 Upon placement of an order we shall acknowledge your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide at the time of making the order. We cannot guarantee your receipt of this confirmation e-mail since this may involve factors outside of our control.
5.3 We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.
5.1. Unless agreed otherwise, delivery is ex shop or warehouse of the seller.
5.2. The buyer is obliged to take delivery of the purchased items when these are made available or handed to him.
5.3. If the buyer refuses to take delivery or is negligent in providing information or instructions that are necessary for the delivery of the purchased item, the items intended for delivery will be stored at the buyer's risk after the seller has notified him in this regard. The buyer will be liable for all additional costs in that case.
5.4. If the seller and buyer agree on delivery or dispatch, the purchases will be delivered or dispatched at the buyer's expense, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise. The seller reserves the right to invoice the delivery costs separately on delivery.
5.5. If it has been agreed that delivery will be in phases, the seller may suspend the performance of those parts of the delivery that belong to a subsequent phase until the buyer has approved the results of the previous phase.
5.6. If the seller requires information from the buyer for the performance of the agreement, the delivery period will commence after the buyer has provided this information to the seller.
5.7. Any period that the seller has specified for delivery is indicative. A specified delivery date is therefore never a strict deadline. However, the actual delivery date may not exceed the specified delivery date by more than two months, except in case of force majeure. If this period is exceeded, the buyer should give the seller a written notice of default and may then cancel the order.
Without notification your order is being processed and will be shipped the same day (monday to friday) when in stock and placed before 15:00 hrs CET. (12:45 hrs CET on days proceeding national holidays) The delivery time of non-stock items is indicated with the products in business days on our website, there will be no further separate notification. When your order is shipped as parcel you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code on the day your order is shipped. You will receive no further notification for mailbox shipments.
Shipping costs will be determined by weight. There a too many variables involved to set a standard rate for international shipping. You will receive an indication of the shipping costs during the check out procedure at step 3. The final shipping costs will be calculated after step 3, but before you conclude your order with payment.
6. Right to cancel
6.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of fourteen working days after the date of delivery of the products.
6.2 Your right to cancel does not apply to any products in the following category: - audio or video recordings or DVD\'s if they have been unsealed by you.
6.3 If you are cancelling a contract for the purchase of a product, you must follow the Returns procedures set out below.
7.1 If any products are to be returned, you must comply with the returns procedure set out herein. In that case we will accept any returned products if the return is complete and accompanied by the details set out in 7.2 below and, in the case of an order which you wish to cancel, if the return is in unused and re-saleable condition and is not a product in the category notified in 6.2 above.
7.2 To return a product, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return together with details of your name, product ordered and quantity ordered. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault. If you are cancelling a contract for the purchase of a product, please give the reason for return as \"Contract Cancellation\" and package the product securely and send it to us so that we receive it within fourteen working days of the date the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
7.3 If there is a defect or discrepancy in the order then we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
